Ground Floor

As you step into the villa's ground floor, you'll be greeted by an inviting open plan area that sets the tone for relaxation and comfort. The living room features a charming fireplace, a 40'' HDTV for entertainment, a plush corner sofa, and a Bluetooth speaker. Its seamless integration with the main veranda creates a harmonious indoor-outdoor flow, perfect for soaking in the surrounding beauty. Adjacent to the living room, a stylish dining table invites you to enjoy homemade meals, while the fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs. Moreover, a WC is also available on the ground floor, while an elevator offers easy accessibility to all levels of the villa.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, guests guests can find 3 of the bedrooms. More specifically:

- A bedroom with a double bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom featuring a relaxing Jacuzzi bathtub. This indulgent suite also grants access to a private balcony, where one can bask in the serenity of the surroundings.

- The second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with two comfortable single beds, providing a cozy retreat for a good night's rest.

- Adjacent to the second bedroom, the third bedroom also features two single beds, with the flexibility to convert into a double bed upon request. Both bedrooms open up to a shared balcony that boasts mesmerizing views of the glistening sea and the picturesque area, creating an idyllic setting for cherished moments.For ultimate comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, closets and window screens.

Additionally, this floor also presents another well-appointed bathroom with a bathtub.

Second Floor

Ascending further, guests will discover an enchanting attic-style bedroom, thoughtfully designed with a cozy double bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. This bedroom also offers access to a private balcony, where one can unwind and take in the captivating surroundings.

Lower Floor

Whether you seek an adrenaline-pumping workout, friendly competitions, or a movie marathon, our 100 m2 playroom on the lower floor has it all. Unwind and enjoy friendly competitions with our 9 feet pool table and  embark in a cinematic journey in our dedicated cinema room. Choose from our extensive movie library, featuring 1,500 DVDs and 100 Blu-ray disks and enjoy your favourite movie on the sofa and 55" smart UHDTV and 3D, 5.1 and let the home cinema sound system transport you to the heart of the action. For gaming enthusiasts, a Playstation 4 and board games are also available, including options suitable for children. Moreover, get your fitness on with gym area, equipped with a treadmill and multifunctional instrument.

Furthermore, on the lower floor guests can also find:

- the 5th bedroom which boasts a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool.

- a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink and a burner.

- the laundry room offering a washer and dryer.

Outdoor area

The unique outdoor area of Villa Naya is the highlight of the villa! In the exterior guests can find:

- A private, 50 m2 pool with a shallow compartment for children and step access.The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay and it requires at least one week's advance notice. The pool terrace is elegantly furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, ensuring optimal relaxation and comfort.

- Unwind in the luxurious hot tub, perfect for up to 5 people, and indulge in a serene and soothing experience.

- For families with young children, there's a spacious lawn-covered area featuring outdoor toys, promising endless joy and entertainment.

- The fully equipped barbecue facilities, complete with an outdoor sink, charcoal grill, and wood-burning oven, invite guests to savor delectable al fresco dining under a charming pergola.

- Engage in some friendly competition with a game of ping pong, enhancing the overall outdoor experience.

- To ensure utmost privacy, the entire outdoor area is securely fenced, providing an exclusive and secluded sanctuary for our esteemed guests.

Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area which consisting of the living room with a fireplace, satellite HDTV and direct access to the main veranda, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor there is also a small WC.

Reaching the first floor from the stairs or the elevator which connects all the floors, there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with bath.

One bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and the other two bedrooms have 2 single beds in each one. The single beds can be set up as double bed as well. In addition, on the top of this level there is a loft which has a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. 

All the bedrooms have air-condition, closet, window screens and access to balcony with sitting areas and panoramic views of the city and the sea.

On the lower floor of the villa which has direct access to the pool you will find one more main bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom and closet room, the laundry room, the secondary kitchen and the playroom area where the whole family from the youngest to the oldest can be entertained.

The 100 square meters playroom offers :

1) An organised gym area with treadmill and fitness multifunctional instrument

2) One 9 feet pool table and table tennis

3) Games and board games for young children

4) A cinema room with movie library (1,500 DVD plus 100 blu-ray disks) including DVD for children. The room has a smart 55" UHDTV and 3D, 5.1 home cinema sound system and playstation 4 with games.

Outdoor area

The unique fenced outdoor area is the highlight of our villa!

It contains a 50 square meters heated pool with shallow part for children and pool alarm, a hot tub, a fenced playground with games for children and a fully equipped barbecue with dining table under a pergola. The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy and dynamic panoramic views to our guests!
